Job description, responsibilities and duties:
Performing detailed reconciliation of IT suppliers and related invoices on periodical basis. Following up on discrepancies and providing resolutions on timely manner.
Overall responsibility for handling account payable (IT invoices) related tasks, including:
Periodical reconciliation of IT invoices
Following up, investigation and resolution of discrepancies in cooperation with IT service owners
Developing professional trustful relationship with assigned IT suppliers and IT service owners
Review and approval of IT invoices to be paid, payment proposal
Handling escalated issues - analysis of root cause, resolution on time
Month end close activities (accrual preparation, proposals, coordination with key stakeholders)
Other specific responsibilities such as insolvent and distressed supplier process, allowance process
Monthly reconciliation of IT supplier accounts and related support for internal stakeholders
Preparation of reporting and periodical dashboards related to IT suppliers
Requirements:
Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training
English: Intermediate
SAP: Advantage transactions
Excel: Intermediate
Good Time management skills and communication skills
Analytical thinking
