JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a Accountant Clerk - AP Scanning & Validation
Job responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for initial invoice handling, including
Sorting and scanning of incoming invoices
Validation and quality check of scanned invoices
Archiving of invoice batches
Preparing and sending rejection letters to suppliers
Solving urgent requests from suppliers, production plants and other departments
Job requirements:
Secondary education with school-leaving examination
English language B2
No prior job experience required, internal promotion possible
General accounting knowledge
SAP knowledge and technical skills are advantage
*Team-player, detail-oriented, precise
