JOB DESCRIPTION For our Bratislava Business Centre we are currently seeking to recruit a VAT Audit Specialist EMEA Job responsibilities: Track all incoming VAT related queries and audit announcement Gather requested information and documents from the responsible departments Draft a response with support of local advisors and regional tax managers Ensure full alignment with all stakeholders involved Manage and improve relationship with responsible tax authorities in the region Conduct a continuous VAT risks assessment Close cooperation with other VAT teams on improvement of processes What we offer: Base gross monthly salary that can be much higher than the starting 1600 EUR / month 13th salary Language courses Meal vouchers (fully paid by employer) Flexible working time, extra holiday entitlement, wedding allowance, child birth allowance, jubilee allowance, relocation allowance Health, safety and ergonomics events, training sessions Active life with colleagues full of various sports activities (swimming, yoga, tennis, volleyball etc.) Multisport card Massage at workplace, modern relax areas and game room Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Indirect Taxes in one of the major tax consulting firms or comparable positions within major industry multinationals would be a plus Hold Bachelor’s or Master's Degree Strong English language skills, both oral and written Working experience with SAP is advantageous Knowledge of accounting principles and related procedures is advantageous Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Team player with a positive 'can do’ attitude Good communication, well organized, problem solving skills and ability to work within tight time frames Adient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
