For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Sourcer Specialist for Human Resources department.
The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise is responsible for all hires in Europe, across all business units. The team acts as an advisor to the internal and external talent labor markets, the business and HR teams. We are a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture, by influencing hires with quality, diversity, speed, and cost.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer Specialist on our team you are responsible for various projects to build the employment brand, pipeline top talent, conduct research projects on a specific market or group of competitors, and drive additional applicant flow through marketing activities. In addition to assisting with interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.
Your responsibilities:
Facilitating the interview and selection process
Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles
Ensure regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies
Identify process improvements
Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent through experience
* Significant experience in corporate and/or search firm sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
* Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
* Technology aptitude - experience with Taleo (ATS), Avature (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
* Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
* Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural competence
* Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
* Significant experience in corporate and/or search firm sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
