For our technical development center in Trenèín, we are currently seeking to recruit a
Accountant Financial Manager
Job description:
Responibility for new programs, financial responsibility for business case calculations and profitability as a result of product costs and pricing and any other commercial assumptions
Preparation and presentation of commercially relevant program and finance information for the CG Sales Organization and senior management
Define and monitor tasks/actions and timing to achieve or improve program financial goals (roadmap to target) together with the Program Management Team during all phases of the program
Management of all program financial aspects during the change management process including development of pricing strategies supporting customer negotiations
Responsible for initiating and tracking capital expenditure requests for approval
Provide and secure integration or detailed financial Information (e.g. price, volume, etc.) for plant controlling and month/year end closing and profit planning process activities
Interdisciplinary interface between the CG sales organization, plants and central accounting
Ensure comparability of global programs
Coordination and tracking of required activities to reduce past dues for engineering, tooling and production invoices (account receivables management)
Tracking of commercial accruals
* Tracking and reporting of commercial customer agreements and assumptions

* University degree (Finance, Business, or Engineering desired)
* Experience as e.g. Financial Analyst, Account Financial Manager, Plant Controller, Project Manager with business acumen and sound understanding of financial aspects
* Experience in the Automotive Industry
* English fluent, German highly desired, other foreign language skills a plus
* Experienced SAP user (FI/C, PRD R/3)
* Accounting knowledge
* Good additional computer skills, i.e., MS Office, especially Excel
* Systematic and analytical skills combined with good time management
* Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Occasional travel required
