Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Customer Service Intern, you will

• support the back office specialists responsible for Slovakia and Hungary in their daily tasks
•Deeply understand the processes and customer requirements
•Translate manuals, instructions, letters, newsletters from English to local languages (SK, HU)
•Support the CLICK related tasks
•Issue credit notes (e.g. incorrect pricing, incorrect discounts, faulty product, archived invoices, consumer claims, shipping damages and shortages, etc.) – usage of SAP and IC registration tools
•Issue correction financial documents (including their prior testing) in cooperation with CSM, Sales and Finance
•Inform customers about the timelines of their requests
•Carry out minor administrative tasks (archiving, copying of documents, etc.)
•Monitor common shared inboxes and take care of customer’s incoming requests
•Create customized reports

Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
