Job content:
- Administrative support for the procurement department (PO number and order processing, sysem administration etc.)
- Active communication with AP department, stakeholders or other clients regards to the data status, technical errors or orders)
- Ensurance of the compliance with internal procurement rules
- Preparation of the regular performance reports
- Cooperation on ad hoc tasks or projects within assigned agenda

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Greek - Advanced (C1) or English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluency on Greek (B2+/C1) & communicative level of English (B1+/B2)
