Our client – innovative international company for chemical and consumer goods is looking for content oriented, CRM experienced individual with great analytical skills and excellent english language.
Your role
• Advanced data analysis and interpretation in the area of Market Analytics
• Preparation and analysis of reports and periodic data results
• Creating strategies, predictive modelling and statistical analysis for CRM data
• Supporting CRM, Content and UX Teams in conducting tests and analyzing performance data
• Providing insights, feedback & recommendations for Content Optimization
• Creating hypothesis and derive conclusions
• Exctracting data and reports into presentation form
• Adjustment & modification of Dashboards & Reports
• Administrative support

• Nice to have knowledge of tools: Adobe Analytics, Google360, Search console, Sprinklr, Azure, SQL, Python
• Experience in Retail or travel industry is advantage
• Accuracy, analytical thinking and attention for details
