Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Logistics specialist with some experience in Logistics (Import/Export) for our client operating in chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
As an Import/Export Specialist you will:
• coordinate complete export process
• be responsible for all international customer orders (from order placement until invoice creation and posting)
• act as a liaison with customer
• coordinate orders with warehouse & transport providers, authorities
• ensure on-time and complete delivery
• manage exceptions & claims
• process and prepare import/export documents
• control proper financial flows
