Responsibilitie:
- Onboarding of the new subsidiaries on the day one of the acquisition
- Interact with Subsidiary Finance and Technical contacts, Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to deliver payroll integration
- Lead the efficient delivery of large, complex payroll integration projects
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
- Communicate with the stakeholders to deliver high quality payroll solutions
- Risks assessment and escalation management
