We are looking for English-speaking Customer Support Agents for our big client, the largest telecommunication services provider in North America!
If you can't stop talking in English, you feel supporting the customers is your mission and you wish to use the sentence "Have you tried turning it off and on again" at least once in your life, do not hesitate and send us your CV in English!
Here are your super duties:
• Helping your international customers with their requests
• Building perfect relationships with your customers
• Using your expert knowledge about company’s products to solve every problem (Of course, you will get super great AWARD-WINNING TRAINING!)
• Working time from 11.00 am – 8.00 am (8-hour shifts rotation + meal break)
• Weekend shifts with fantastic salary uplifts!
