The working time is from 11.00 am – 4.30 am (first shift starts at 11.00 am and finishes at 7.30 pm – last shift at 8.00 pm and finishes at 4.30 am. There are more shifts between these two according to the business needs).

Your key responsibilities:

• Answer in-bound support related phone calls
• Provide support for all through customer interaction and the use of the industry-leading diagnostic tools
• Maintain customer relationship management
• Handle inquiries from customers related to services, network coverage, features, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, billing and rate plans service activations and changes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced English skills (written and verbal) - B2/C1 level
• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving
• Ability to work in multi-cultural global environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail skills
• A willingness to work 24/7 - current 8-hours shift schedule from 13.00 to 1.00
• Basic knowledge of communication technology (e.g. media, internet, telephony)
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience of team working
