Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for customer service orientated person who will be working in international team to support clients with technical and functional support. This person will be responsible for solving clients support questions.

Main Responsibilities:
- support clients in detecting technical and functional issues
- to diagnose, prioritize, advise and resolve technical and functional problems
- to identify and bring suggestions for continuous improvement
- data investigation and analysis to complete clients request
- cooperation with other departments to solve daily assignments within internal software to assure that all data is gathered, registered, processed directly
