Key Responsibilities

 Overall responsibility for harmonized, standardized and integrated fit4purpose business processes and solutions within Card CSO in all countries and regions of PSS
 Analyse existing processes from quality and efficiency point of view, compare with competition, customer requirements and new trends and identify the improvement areas
 Simplify, standardize, harmonize and improve processes within Card CSO
 Define and implement new processes to increase the efficiency and improve customer service and customer convenience
 Manage the change management related to new processes implementation and improvement of existing processes
 To work as Card CSO project manager (process improvements projects, new tools and system implementation, system improvements, new services)
 Ensure alignment with other Business Units on critical operational issues with the target of process enhancement
 Ensure documentation of processes in line with the company standards
 Participate in implementation of new card system (Sunshine), Customer Engagement Portal with full responsibility for card CSO area
 Identify and transfer best practices across different functions and regions, implement the process of continuous knowledge sharing within Card CSO
 Analyse the new trends in fuel card business and customer service, monitor the changes in technology and in customer requirement and propose the improvement actions

Requirements

 Extensive experience in global business process management, continuous process improvements
 Experience in global and local fuel card business, knowledge of fuel card related processes and business process understanding
 Proven track record of successful process improvements and project management, proven ability to manage projects with high complexity and across the region
 Customer centric approach
 Analytical ability to work with complex processes, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
 Up to date with digital trends and technology trends on the market
 Excellent project management skills
 Technical skills, understanding of IT environment , systems and applications
 Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation and collaboration skills able to deliver audience appropriate messages
 Fluent English
 Driving License
