World leader in communications, media and entertainment, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their Slovak team.
Your daily tasks will include:
• helping international customers with their request in English language
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Building relationships with your customers
• Using your knowledge about the company products to solve every problem
(You will get a great AWARD-WINNING TRAINING)
• Working 8-hours shift schedule from 13.00 to 1.00 (from Mon to Fri)
