Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Expert specialized in injection molding processes.
Main objectives:
- Create Knowledge Standards for one process across all products
- Manage, develop and improve the process
- Educate and support other locations
- Make the process an integrated part of global processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Current process mapping including relevant procedures, instructions, form and templates
- Developing the document for plant competiveness measure
- Auditing plant processes as per prepared yearly plan
- Process standardization (standard building blocks)
- Contingency plans preparation
- Process continuous improvement monitoring
- Competition overview on new developments in processes and technologies
- New processes implementation
- Internal and external performance monitoring
- Implementation and tracking of make or buy strategy
- Best practices identification and sharing
- Equipment and tooling database
- Standards for new equipment, machines, tooling preparation
- Investment plans and authorization requests presentation to M-STC

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within manufacturing or engineering – ideally in both.
- automotive experiences (injection molding)
- Knowledge of relevant quality systems, tool and techniques (ISO9001, ISO/TS, ISO 14001, as well as root cause analysis, QAP, APQP, PPAP etc...)
- Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO TS, ISO 14001)
- Computer skills including MS Office and SAP (rate routings and BOMs)
- KA Wheel (KBD)
- Cost Calc 4
- Project management systems
- Lean manufacturing tools
- Travel as required
- automotive experiences (injection molding)
