Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibility for managing and developing subordinates (group leaders)
- Ensure that training and development is done in right time and quality
-Regular checking of production performance on particular workplaces, identify deviations and counter measures and through team involvement close the gaps.
- Lead and coordinate Team board activities and continuous improvements processes.
- Facilitate daily morning production meetings.
- Enter and secure implementation of corrective actions.
- Support cooperation in new projects.
- Improve relationship and communication within and between departments.
- Ensure 5S, cleanness and safety of workplace.
- Drive Lean activities.
