Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Ensure achievement of distribution and visibility Targets for all products, avoid any OOS.
• Develop and implement appropriate Channel & Customer Plans utilizing the support budget to achieve the sales Targets.
• Monitor Sales Performance by Brand by Customer through Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
• Conduct frequent Business review meetings with all customers.
• Close follow up on Cash collection and claims management.
• Ensure Shelf Planograms are maintained as per perfect store guidelines.
• Analyse Sell in & Sell out Data and take appropriate actions,
• To ensure that Category Objectives are fully met.
• To ensure that agreed standards of customer service are met.
• To ensure that all trading agreements with customers are fully implemented.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2 years’ experience in leading, developing and executing plans with customers in FMCG
• Ability to translate company goals into category priorities, strategy and directions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Developed analytical skills
• Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Computer skills: MS Office
• Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills
