Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, a successful leading debt collection company, which is now expanding the sales in Slovak Republic, we are searching for suitable candidates for the role Sales and Debt Collection Representative.
The role:
Our ideal candidate will be asked to generate new business revenue through active lead generation and efficient conversion of identified prospects into customers. Therefore, exceptional sales, communication and presentation skills are the must.
Our candidate should be able to seek proactively for new business opportunities in vindication across Slovak Republic and present new products and services to existing customers. It is expected from the role to deliver results by identifying of market opportunities and by working intensively on new leads.

Main Responsibilities:
-Conduct debt collection activities and negotiate with customers
-Strategic planning of sales and customer relationship management activities
-New acquisitions, continuous search for new sales opportunities and obtain potential customers
-Implement and monitor the plan to achieve short-term and long-term targets
-Quick adaptation and ability to understand the needs of the company in terms of economic mechanisms, liquidity and finance
-To find a transparent and interesting way how to describe, clarify and present company’s model
-Understand the full portfolio of company’s offering and use it to attract potential customers

Information about the selection process

-Experience form corporate sales with proven results
-Relevant experience in similar position ideally from the same commercial sector (Credit Management)
-Excellent Slovak language (native speaker) and very good level of English (written&oral)
-Finance background, experience with factoring and debt collection
