Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently seeking for Logistics Engineer for our client, who is leading provider of supply chain services to Jaguar Land Rover in Nitra.

Main responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for process design, material flow and layout
- Support in the development and delivery of long term engineering strategy
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines in the delivery of projects
- Delivery of work packages within a project
- Act as key interface with client on development projects and issues
- Support in the creation of department metrics and reporting
- Ensure controls and approval processes
- Ensure root cause analysis is completed
- Ensure all process developments are tested and implemented
- Drive the continuous improvement strategy

Requirements:

- Lean and Six Sigma practicioner
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to empathise and understand clients viewpoint and requirements
- Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis
- Possess strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong project and operational experience
- Ability to create structure and organization
- Knowledte of 5 Why's, Fish Bone
