Billing Dispute Analyst MoW - US (EMEA & US shifts) [Online/phone recruitment]

At Accenture you will be a member of F&A teams bringing value to world`s top companies, working in international environment, improving your language skills via daily communication with the clients and colleagues from all over the world, without a need to travel from your home. On this position you will be resolving billing queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner.

Limited 1 year contract.

• handling direct calls from our internal and external business customers
• providing excellent customer experience
• analyzing data from various sources
• interacting with multiple internal teams (sales; ordering; product marketing; etc.) as well as with external clients

• University education / Secondary school education
• fluent English language skills
• other European language is an advantage - preferably Spanish & Portuguese
• ability to interact on the phone with internal and external parties
• prior customer facing experience is an advantage
• ability to analyze data and identify possible errors
• precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
• MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)
• Flexible shifts - EMEA & US

Salary
1 150 EUR/mesiacAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 150€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
