S&CM Regional Sourcing lead, Finance and Legal

Procurement Operations Career path in Accenture integrates various purchasing functions to improve total procurement value for client's organization. In this position you will gain valuable end to End Procurement process knowledge and expertise. You will closely collaborate with Accounts Payable team and Procurement lead to provide support for end users and business.

• Implement the Global & Regional Legal & Finance Categories strategy for Iberia & ICEG projects and initiatives
• Identify with Regional Legal & Finance Category Leads sourcing projects in line with the global/regional category strategies
• Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline too through spend analysis and regular stakeholders meeting
• Provide support in upfront market research and supplier identification for all sourcing projects
• Negotiate and deploy supplier’s contracts, including best practices metrics & SLA, in collaboration with Legal department
• Create supplier(s) in purchasing system assessing the right buying channels (catalog, Buy on Contract, Ariba Network etc …)
• Identify key Finance & Legal stakeholders for Iberia & ICEG
• Manage internal stakeholders’ feedback on category organization & supplier performance
• Promote greater use of Global or Regional Strategic Providers
• Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global Category and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy
• Modify the process, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach
• Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Comfortable navigating in a multicultural and broad environment and with all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English and Italian, spoken and written, is mandatory for the role
• Ability to understand Iberia & ICEG specificities (market, law…)

• A bachelor`s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education
• ~ 10 years working experience in Procurement preferably in the commodities

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 560€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
