Local Sourcing Lead in HR

Procurement Operations Career path in Accenture integrates various purchasing functions to improve total procurement value for client's organization. In this position you will gain valuable end to End Procurement process knowledge and expertise. You will closely collaborate with Accounts Payable team and Procurement lead to provide support for end users and business.

• Implement the Global & Regional HR Category strategy for UKI local projects and initiatives
• Identify with other HR Category Leads sourcing projects in line with the global/regional category strategies
• Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline too through spend analysis and regular stakeholders meeting
• Provide support in upfront market research and supplier identification for all sourcing projects
• Prepare a recommendation report for stakeholders as a decision tool to help them selecting supplier(s)
• Design and develop relevant RFP documents for projects in line with global/regional strategies; when applicable, use e-sourcing & e-auctions tools
• Negotiate and deploy supplier’s contracts, including best practices metrics & SLA, in collaboration with Legal department
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Accenture internal policies
• Manage supplier’s contract signature by both parties
• Create supplier(s) in purchasing system assessing the right buying channels (Catalogue, Buy Now, Ariba Network etc. …)
• Manage internal stakeholders’ feedback on category organization & supplier performance
• Liaise with multiple departments (Category, Procurement, Legal, Operations) to ensure communication paths remain open
• Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global Category and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy
• Modify the process, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach
• Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Comfortable navigating in a multicultural and broad environment and with all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English, spoken and written – another European language would be highly appreciated
• Ability to understand UKI legislation (market, law…)
• Ability to understand client requirements and executing Procurement strategies to meet those requirements
• Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management
• Good understanding of Procurement processes
• Good understanding of relevant industry

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
