Tactical Buyer with German language

The Tactical Buy Agent will be responsible to manage on daily basis the purchasing requests in scope for the Tactical Buy Team and triage the workload according to standard procedures and by following the client procurement and purchasing policies. The Tactical Buy Agent will also be responsible to manage the purchasing process through supplier identification, selection, negotiations and savings reporting and process the daily workload according to set turn-around-targets and meeting/exceeding productivity targets.

• Verify purchase request quality and correct buying channel, align with end users on missing details by using phone / client tool

• Search and identify most suitable potential vendors and recommend alternative qualified vendors to requestors to drive client’s savings, relationship leverage, vendor base optimization, and compliance as part of the tactical buying process

• Execute negotiations with selected suppliers to ensure optimal conditions for the client

• Create and maintain partnerships between Accenture, customers and suppliers

• Receive & analyze vendor response

• Provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for the client to be delighted

• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures

• Ensure the continuous improvement of business outcomes utilizing best practices available and innovative environment

• Gain full scale knowledge and thus be able recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer and answer client’s inquiries

• Follow up on urgent goods deliveries (to ensure goods are delivered in desired delivery date not harming client’s production)

• Select potential suppliers, execute day-to-day direct negotiations and tendering to achieve high added value represented by savings, reduced delivery times and improved quality of sourced products and services

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 300€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
