Corporate Business Travel Administrator

The position will be part of Accenture’s Global Mobility Team working directly in the EMEA Travel Delivery Team.This Team is responsible for the day to day delivery of Accenture’s travel and corporate card programme for 36 countries.
Duration of contract is 12 months with option to extend .

• Respond to traveler queries received via 3 Outlook mailboxes & 1other traveler channel
• Maintain Frequently Asked Questions document
• Publish travel communications to Accenture’s internal social media ‘The Stream’ e.g. strike action, weather alerts etc.
• Assist with program management tasks, including setup of team meetings, assist in preparing agendas or PowerPoint presentations
• Adhoc tasks in support of Accenture’s EMEA Travel Delivery Programme.

• 3-5 years administration experience in corporate environment strongly preferred, travel experience preferred but not essential, a general awareness/interest in travel would be an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of English language both verbal & written is essential
• Must have intermediate PowerPoint & Excel skills
• Knowledge of additional European language(s) is an advantage
• Being methodical, able to work through process and identify potential improvements, able to learn new skills & tools; seeks out new ways to work efficiently and effectively
• Motivated & strong team player but able to work independently & embrace working in virtual team
• Able to build positive working relationship with internal team and internal customers as necessary

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1300€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
