Procurement Analyst with German language

• PREQ to PO quality check clarification if necessary and PO creation
• Price negotiation of offers and terms of payment
• Sending requests for quotations sole source
• Order acknowledgement and delivery date tracking Reminders
• Invoice exceptions clarification if necessary
• Vendor onboarding
• Active daily communication with suppliers and requestors via Email and Phone
• Review of automatically created orders by SAP Quantity, Delivery Date based on previous orders
• Manual PO Creation in SAP
• Master data Update in SAP New Goods, Price, Quantity, Delivery Date
• Update of inventory Data from the Suppliers in SAP

• Good verbal and written communication in German
• Focus on client satisfaction
• Proactivity in solving problems and improvements
• Team work
• Good time management and work balance due to Home Office
• Experience with PMR, SAP, Excel is nice to have
