EMEA Travel Team Senior Analyst

The EMEA Travel Snr Analyst is responsible for supporting the service delivery, policy implementation and solution deployment. The EMEA Travel Snr Analyst belongs to the EMEA Travel team and reports to the EMEA Travel Manager to support the business travel program in multiple countries across EMEA. Collaborates closely with EMEA Travel Operations, Supplier Relationship Management, and American Express Programme Leads. The EMEA Travel Snr Analyst may work with a variety of travel suppliers (corporate charge card; travel agency) to fulfill the key responsibilities described below.

• Supports the day-to-day delivery and quality of travel services including supporting EMEA travellers through accurate and timely query resolution
• Identifies problems, escalates & proposes resolution
• Responsible for addressing & resolving supplier service issues & escalating when necessary
• Contributes to the success of the EMEA Business Travel Plan through supporting and executing actions, and monitoring progress
• Contributes to the deployment of service solution processes & tools including post deployment activities
• Participates in regional and global special projects through supporting the relevant EMEA Travel Function Leads.
• Supports the monitoring of service delivery and requirements through supplier-led surveys, focus groups, continually seeks opportunities to enhance travelers experience
• Contributes to improving processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency; optimizes service delivery through implementing best practices.
• Responsible for the upkeep, audit & ongoing maintenance of programme documentation
• Contributes in identifying opportunities for increased savings and improved service delivery with current key suppliers
• Organizes & attends Quarterly Business Reviews & other relevant supplier meetings; monitors supplier performance

•University education
•Fluent in English both spoken and written, preferable fluency in another European language
•Methodical & analytical thinking

•Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a commercial environment or experience in financial/audit environment

•Work occasional overtime when necessary

Salary
