Office check (position for students)

Office check is part of the Facility team and his/her role is to monitor the equipment, order and functionality of the premises of our office in Bratislava. He/She is responsible for corrections of minor deficiencies and reporting more serious deviations to the supervisor. Office Check accompanies suppliers in the execution of agreed realizations based on instructions from supervisor and other team members.

• Controlling of the company's premises and removing minor deficiencies
• accompanying suppliers (including weekend or evening realizations)
• preparing rooms for larger meetings
• involvement in connecting audiovisual technology for various meetings
• Helping to solve facility management requests received via internal helpdesk

• University degree student
• Knowledge of English language at intermediate level
• Good physical condition
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility, responsibility, pleasant behavior

Salary
Gross base pay 4 € per hour
