Application Specialist focused on Microsoft Solutions with German language

Your responsibility
As a Application Specialist, upon completion of wide range of trainings you’ll start work with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 (Azure, OneDrive, OneNote,...), and others.
You will support the customers by analyzing technical issues including problems in application functionalities and participate in investigation and resolution of problems.

• Lead small and medium business customers through the Onboarding technical process for Microsoft Office 365
• Provide ongoing support to small and medium business Microsoft Office 365 customers
• Analyzing and providing feedback on the deployment process and technology improvements throughout lifecycle
• Developing, fostering and maintaining effective customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction

• Broad understanding of MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, MS Office 365 (Azure, OneDrive and others) are a great advantage
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality
• Not afraid of learning new, market demanded (and valued) technologies and products
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
• Flexible in terms of accepting the short-term travelling abroad
