Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a sales manager in AAS you will be responsible for identifying of new opportunities but also building on the existing accounts mainly from banking, finance and telco field.
Our main portfolio consists of testing and automation, SW development and project management and we consider the above-standard quality of our services to be the key to success.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
• Prospect new opportunities through networking and other lead generation techniques.
• Design and implement sales strategies that ensure we meet our revenue objectives by growing new accounts.
• Run through the sales cycle performing lead qualification, arranging and providing demonstrations, quoting and closing.
• Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.
• Increase our sales volume and deal size.
• Work closely with internal implementation and development teams to develop implementation approach and quote, and assure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Report account activity, opportunity status and other details.
• Other sales and marketing related activities.

• Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs with authority; effectively deliver presentations to all levels of the organization, and strong oral/written communication skills. (Slovak and English)
• Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly
• Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to achieve results; independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision; Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
• Experience as a consultant considered a plus.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs with authority; effectively deliver presentations to all levels of the organization, and strong oral/written communication skills. (Slovak and English)
