Ensuring the set up of new products or new forms with regard to quality, costs and planned dates, as well as the processing of the corresponding vulcanization specifications • Realization of manufacturability analysis and quality evaluation • Preparation of production specifications for vulcanization, plastic production and blow molding • Processing of the production of vulcanized parts and documentation of vulcanization/plastic production/blow molding process parameters • Production of PPAP of parts and parts of pre-series production (0 series) • closely cooperates in the commissioning of new products, machinery and molds in cooperation with PrcE and Process setup workers from other locations• Processing of production of vulcanized parts and documentation of parameters of the vulcanization/plastic production/blow molding process • Performing analyzes of process capabilities in order to achieve a "robust process" for vulcanization/plastic production/blow molding • cooperates with colleagues from other departments in CT VC Slovakia, as well as with colleagues from other plants. • Participates in cooperation with project managers as well as in the work of project teams within the framework of his work duties • Start-up and optimization of vulcanization/plastic production/blow molding molds and presses for new products • improvement of working conditions for workers in the production department • control of the implementation of changes to the specifications of current series • development and trends in the modernization of machines and equipment, production technologies in the world in the field of rubber technology, he applies new knowledge in his work • performance of tasks assigned by a senior employee.
