Náplň práce
Coordinating a team of IT specialists (30 members) to provide operational support for the company;
Coordinating the executions of more complex tasks to ensure that they are completed on-time and with the highest quality;
Interfacing and coordinating with application support, Help Desk and infrastructure teams to ensure appropriate procedures are followed;
Continually reviewing operational performance to determine opportunities for process, service and cost improvement;
Overseeing and/or participating in solution of escalated global incidents;
Coordinating the solution of audit recommendations;
Conducting the negotiations in English language;
Communicating with internal customers;
Managing the contracts with partners;
Managing ICT budget, managing in ordering and purchasing process;
Managing of the HR issues in IT team;
Požiadavky
5-7 years of work experience in ICT area, 5 years of team leadership experience in ICT area;
University education;
English - at least B2 (Upper intermediate) or Advanced (C1)
IT visionarist;
Vendor management;
Experience and skills with whole CIO agenda;
Drive and commitment to fulfil given goals, potential to fulfil additional goals (based on previous experience and skills) on top of ICT agenda;
Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people of different management levels
Ability to handle critical situations;
Analytical thinking;
Out - of - box thinking;
Strong team player;
Negotiation skills;
Proactive and positive attitude;
Ability to work independently;
Benefity
Financial remuneration: 4.000,- (gross fix x 12), the final salary depends on seniority and experience of the candidate and will be the subject of partnership discussion
