Our opportunity

Application SME for Atlassian

This role is an ideal opportunity to learn and explore more features within Atlassian suite and DevOps as well as create/increase the experience with reporting tools like MSSQL, PowerBI or MicroStrategy.
SME’s are ideally placed to develop a strong profile in the organization working with the technical support teams in IT. It is an opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise within IT delivery, SME’s gain exposure to both Service delivery and will learn about the ITIL model as well as project scoping and delivery utilizing the Zurich project delivery framework.

As Application SME for Atlassian, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Maintain applications in scope of JIRA/Bitbucket, MSSQL and PowerBI technologies
(Incident, Change requests, Service requests)
• Support ITIL Processes reporting automation aligned with the organization strategy
• Support and review the documentation of functional specifications
• Act as liaison between the Business and IT, as assigned
• Support the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

As Application SME for Atlassian, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• Experience of 2-3 years with JIRA or other Atlassian technology, MSSQL, PowerBI
• Experience minimum of 2 years with scripting (ideally Groovy, JAVA, .NET, C#, HTML or XML scripting)
• Experience with Bitbucket or Git is an advantage
• Be able to follow ITIL processes – incident management, change and request management, customer interaction
• Any other reporting experience is a bonus
• Ability to work in multicultural environment, Flexibility and ability to learn, Analytical thinking
• Good English skills
