* Strongly serving and supporting the Product owner and Scrum team in their delivery.
* Providing support to the team using a facilitator based style and leading by example. This person should personify Agile and Scrum.
* Recognize that the Scrum Master works for the Product Master.
* Guiding and coaching the Scrum team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practises and values for customers.
* Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on how to maximize the value of an autonomous self organization.
* Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
* Removing impediments or assisting the Scrum Team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
