Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Capital projects set up and maintenance in the system
- Capitalization of assets and preparation of asset master-data
- Execution of asset transfers and disposals
- Month-end close activities, posting of Journal Entries in ERP
- Supporting account reconciliation process
- Preparing and uploading of Monthly / Yearly Footnotes
- Fulfilling SOX and Audit Requirements, meet KPIs
- Contact point for questions regarding fixed assets
- Provide support to Lead accountant and experienced team members
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Business Academy or University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- 1-3 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
- Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, ERP knowledge is not required
- Fluent in English
