Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- Commodity strategy development and supply base optimization according to strategy
- Implement strategies and actions to achieve year-over year cost savings and rebates
- Negotiate and sign contracts with strategic suppliers.
- Lead and manage project teams on various engagements: strategy, negotiation support, business planning, process improvement, etc
- Support appropriate purchase-to-pay (PTP) process
- Leverage volumes and common supplier sourcing
- Improve working capital by negotiating optimum payment terms
- Responsible for preparing & managing European RFQ and RFP
- Analyzing and negotiating supplier quotes, making sourcing recommendations
- Issuing Frame Agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Resolving supplier performance and commercial issues
- Develop in-depth understanding of supplier cost drivers, and total cost of procurement
- Secure, accurate and timely reporting of monthly KPI
- Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Effective communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Measuring and evaluating supplier performance according to agreed KPI & SLA

- Bachelor’s degree (masters preferred)
- An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered
- Minimum 3-5 years of Purchasing experience (Indirect Services), Sales or Account Management
- Proven track record of supplier negotiations
- Proficient with general office computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Languages: fluent in English is a must
- Some travelling throughout Europe (plants, supplier visits)
- Strong team player & independent negotiator
- Result orientated working – ability to set goals with company objectives
- Analytical skills to solve daily issues and make smart decisions
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate supplier offers and present results
- Worked in an international environment with exposure to different cultures
