Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- Responsibility for smooth process of conversion and transfer VDA/EDI self-bill data to ERP
- Resolving data errors occurred after matching process
- Participate actively on business rules set up to avoid repetitive errors in self-billing process
- Tracking and reporting of mismatching data to plant logistics department and looking for permanent resolution
- Prepare price/quantity discrepancy reports as result of self-billing matching process and follow up with responsible departments
- Active approach and enhancement of selfbilling process for existing and new selfbilling customers
- Participate on correct mapping set up for new selfbilling customers
- Close communication with other OTC subteams, Customer Business Units and Plant Finance/Logistics department
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Min. base salary: from 1100 gross
