Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Providing overall PTP support to suppliers via email or phone
- Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with vendors
- Aged items and Debit balance resolution
- Preparing ad hoc manual journal entries
- Providing payment confirmation
- Follow up on rejected payments
- Analyze of On-Hold invoices, identifying the root causes and finding possible solutions
- Reporting related to agendas in team responsibilities
- Provide support and timely react to other departments and internal customers
- Ensure KPI are met
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- Min 2 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
- Strong Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, ERPs - preferred QAD, MFGPro, SAP is advantage
- Fluent in English + for HD – Spanish, German, Italian, Hungary
- Willigness to work US working hours (2 weeks a month)
