Main duties and responsibilities
• Creation, verification and review of applied access rights to supplier portal
• Communication with suppliers and support team
• Maintaining the database of registered suppliers
• Providing assistance to suppliers with queries related to invoice status
• Educating suppliers about basic features of the SP
• Providing Admin access to other internal users
• Providing overall PTP support to suppliers
• Ad hoc reporting to partners and internal teams
