Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The User support coordinator Offices & Techcenter will be responsible for the client services in the region EU & SA

Role & Responsibility:
- Lead the client support team and organize the on-site user support
- Tracking and processing of support tickets
- Manage ticket escalations and work closely together with the global service desk team
- Support HP Leasing PCs, including asset management and timely replacement of the equipment
- Analyze and resolve problems, develop and implement corrective solutions
- Take care of the phone systems, that includes tracking of change requests
- Work in close cooperation with the global infrastructure end-user computing team
- Focus on excellent customer service
- Application of best practices and standards
- Participation in the development of long-term strategies for future IT standards
- In addition to the above tasks other activities and responsibilities can be defined individually

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership and ability to work across teams and regions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- High communication skills required at all levels.
- Ability to communicate relevant information in a user-friendly non-technical language
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication (English).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize workload, to work independently even under heavy workloads
- Microsoft certifications and experience with ITIL would be an advantage
