Job description, responsibilities and duties

You are an HR all-rounder and support both employees and managers in all HR-related questions. You see yourself as a sparring partner to push forward topics and question previous processes.
You set recruiting measures and handle the entire applicant management. You will also take care of the on- and offboarding of new colleagues.
You will take care of the creation of personnel-related documents such as working contracts, references, etc. and develop internal regulations and key figures wherever they are required.
You are creative and bring new approaches and ideas to the entire HR surrounding. You enjoy conceiving new topics and accompanying them in their implementation. You can handle resistance well, because you know that everything new has a hard time at the beginning.
You will gain the trust of employees and managers and will be able to bring along the right changes at the right time. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Operations.

Personality requirements and skills

You are an organizational talent with an independent, structured way of working. You value the respectful and result-oriented communication with superiors and colleagues.
You have completed a commercial degree or training and have experience in human resources. Ideally, you already have knowledge of local labor law or are interested in acquiring the necessary knowledge.
Communication in English is not a problem for you - the daily working language is Slovak, which you have an excellent command of both spoken and written. In general, you have a talent for communication and manage to bring seemingly contradicting requirements to a common ground.
With your authentic and pragmatic attitude, you will quickly gain the trust of your contact persons and convince them with your way of working. The experienced use of MS Office is a matter of course for you and is only mentioned here for the sake of completeness.
