Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your tasks:
• Supporting our two largest practice groups, Banking and Corporate, in various business development activities
• Research into clients and markets, preparation and communication of data
• Assist lawyers in developing and coordinating relationships with existing and potential clients
• Support in the preparation and development of the practice strategy
• Support in the preparation of the yearly budget and ongoing monitoring of the budget
• Organizing and preparing meetings and calls, including agendas and other content
• Liaising with other team members for the project management of events, brochures, publications and other content marketing, internal trainings (Wolf Theiss legal schools) and in the preparation of pitch documents and presentations

• At least 3-4 years of experience ideally either in the financial sector or in an international consulting company, or alternatively as a finance or commercial lawyer

• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• A team-player who is proactive and prepared to take responsibility
• Good project management skills and the ability to multi-task
• A strategic thinker with the confidence to build relationships with fee holders and gain support for projects
