The Role
In order to strengthen our office in Bratislava we are looking for a:

Technical Desk Product Expert
The Technical Desk Product Expert (Level3) is responsible to support sales teams with fundamental knowledge about specific product families. This role is the interface between product engineering and product marketing towards sales. In this function he/she builds up a technical knowledgebase to transfer daily lessons learned into validated knowledge entries and to continuously improve product repair & support.

Key Accountabilities
Provide sales teams relevant technical information on products and systems
Guide and educate sales teams via network of local trainers Team up with product BUs to get deep knowledge about products/systems
Scan FAQs from customer’s cases and develop talking points for internal sales teams
Monitor field related articles in order to develop technical knowledgebase
Check claims database for potential misuse and develop market/service information for our service partners to avoid future claims
Customize existing Test instructions of the Claims Investigation Center (CICI) for TRAMO customers
Improve repair of products by providing guidelines & test instructions
Explore new ways of instructions via How-To Repair videos
Support Product Marketing in developing Retrofit solutions
Establish lessons learned processes (case management) in sales teams by using Salesforce (CRM)
Lead and contribute to projects
Build close cooperation with regional and local sales leaders to get regularly Voice of Business and Voice of Customers
Support active selling of our Service Desk teams by providing cross selling opportunities

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Technical degree - mechanical/automotive engineering highly desirable
- Automotive related experience (gained either from work or academic projects)
- Fluent English
- Technical product support experience – nice to have
- General technical and vehicle understanding
- Being familiar with WABCO system & product - nice to have
- Communicative, flexible and standalone
