Job opportunity for a junior lawyer who intends to specialize in the area of the law that involves collective investment and securities, customers’ protection and data protection.
Main activities:
Supporting controling functions and mechanism of the Company
Convocation of meetings and committees
Distributing supporting materials and taking minutes
Preservation of company files and archiving documents
Maintaing Company register contacts
Cooperation with the Parent Company and Subsidiaries
Managing licensing proceedings before the Supervisory Authority;

Will be discussed on final interview

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Reguirements:

• Education: University Degree in Law (Bc. or Mgr)
• Language: fluent English is a MUST, knowledge of other CEE language is an advantage

• excellent communication skills
• target oriented
