Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsible for providing administrative support through processing orders.
- Service reports processing (material transactions, debriefing, invoicing, archiving).
- Admin and interface subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare invoices calculating price and margins.
- Interface customers, service supervisors and service engineers in all administrative issues.
- In case MU requires assistance on handling customer calls: provide of support, according to the actual needs.
- Scheduling service requests, maximizing efficiency and productivity
- fixed-term contract
