Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• As a dispatcher responsibility for running a team of about 10 customer engineers located in selected region/ countries
• Processing new orders in ERP system in well-timed manner
• Scheduling service requests, maximizing efficiency and productivity
• Raising purchase orders for material and subcontractors following company policies
• Controlling staff holidays, absence, sick leave and co-ordination with Service Operations Manager
• Answering phone calls from customers to solve emergency cases
• Invoicing as soon as a job has been completed and closing relevant service requests
• Responsibility for van stocks inventory
• Ensuring all engineers and subcontractors debriefing information are properly collected in order to have clear invoicing and inventory management
• Ensuring costs are monitored on all T&M and project works carried out
