Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supports the sales team while creating of T & M (Time & Material) quotations in assigned regions.
- Prepares quotations, as well as the calculation of prices and margins and updates the relevant data in the central database.
- Handles customers´s requests and provides the best possible service.
- Resolving the problems, identifying possible shortcomings and missing information in Oracle system and other tools.
- Communicates with service engineers, with financial and logistics, as well as with colleagues in the entrusted countries, attending regular meetings.
- Performs the administrative support and works closely with other departments to ensure the implementation of service activities.
- Work closely with the direct superior, solve and fulfill assigned tasks on time in required quality
