Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Purpose
Responsible for providing administrative support through processing orders and liaising with the accounting and other departments in connection with invoicing procedures.

Specific Responsibilities
• Order entry and management - opening and assigning service requests, loading estimated invoice value, part requirements, sales orders, purchase orders (creation and receipt), some transactions on Oracle Installed Base.
• Admin and interface subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare invoices calculating price and margins.
• Interface customers, service supervisors and service engineers in all administrative issues.
