Job description, responsibilities and duties
Role statement
Support the management of German sales and service office with regard to understanding of the financial performance. Review and analysis of management accounts; active involvement in budget preparation, reporting and monthly closing process.
Key duties:
* Analysis and calculation of accruals and reserves (warranty, excess&obsolete)
* Preparation of monthly manual journal entries related to P&L reclasses, accruals
* Preparation of explanatory bridges
* Detailed analysis and forecast of assigned P&L Cost Components and COEs
* Detailed gross margin/direct material variaces analysis
* Preparation of supporting documentation for auditors related to P&L
* Analysis of Stock Count Result
* Designing of reports, system environment maintanance and support in administrative processes
* Ad- Hoc Analysis
* Preparation of financial information and presentations for management reviews
* Analysis of management accounts, variations, cost centers, KPI's and trends
* Collecting information for budget and forecast from other departments (sales, project management, accounting)
