Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manage Procurement tools, mainly Inflation Model (IM) and other tools such as: MIN, PA, COO, Supplier Score Card
- Monthly elaboration of reports for Commodity Managers
- Consolidate data from commodity managers regarding the results coming from Net Inflation, Payment Terms, Geographical Distribution
-Spend Reporting from Zycus,Oracle,SAP
-EMS Transfer Foxconn support with Reporting ,Data entry and updates in SAP and Oracle
-NPI/NPD reporting and analysis including 10Ms
-Scorecard/KPI reporting
- Preparing all main Reports for Corporate events (Board Meeting, President Council, Financial Review, Profit Review, etc.)
- Keeping under control all documents and well archived (Hard and Soft)
- Monthly update of IM Ad hoc reports
- Monitoring and checking the NMI evolution through various reports and bridges
- Work in accordance with 5S and ITC regulations
- Precise, punctual and complete upload of all data for IM Annual Reset
